DIRECTIONS
Add 2 rounded tablespoons (14 gr) of Nutribeauti in water, juice or your preferred smoothie, preferably first thing each morning.

1. Green Power Blast:
Ingredients:
• 1-2 handfuls of baby spinach (optional)
• 1/2 banana
• 1 handful of strawberries (try it with
blueberries or mixed berries)
• 1/2 - 1 glass of water
• 2 rounded Tbsp. of Nutribeauti
2. Green party:
Ingredients:
¼ cucumber
¼ green apple
½ kiwi
½ banana
½ lemon
2 celery sticks
4 leaves of mint and/or cilantro
½-1 glass of water

3. Vibrant tropical green:
Ingredients:
1-2 handfuls of leafy spinach
1/3 cup of mango
1/3 cup of pineapple
½ banana
½-1 glass of water or unsweetened coconut water

4. Green velvety spring:
Ingredients:
1-2 handfuls of spinach
1/3 cup of peaches
1/3 cup of pineapple
½ - 1 glass of unsweetened coconut water
1 tsp of peanut or almond butter

5. Green Power Pancakes
Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• A handful of baby spinach (optional)
• 1 cup of oat flakes (better with high protein content)
• 1/4 cup of milk (your favorite)
• 1/2 banana
• 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional)

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla extract (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender on high until well combined. Cook as any other pancake. Top with one or more of your favorites: banana, strawberries, almonds, honey, maple syrup, peanut butter or black chocolate sparks. Uhmm, delicious!
