Healthy Arepas

- 2 1/2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups of pre-cooked white corn meal (PAN)
- 2 tablespoons of Nutribeauti

Directions:

Mix the ingredients, knead for 2 min and let it rest for 5 min.
Divide the dough into equal portions. Form small balls and flatten with your hands into a thin disc, the size you prefer. Cook in a preheated griddle or frying pan over medium heat for 5-10 min on each side ( toasty of preference). Slice open lengthwise to create a pocket and add your filling of choice. Enjoy them!
