• 1 cup of oat flakes (better with high protein content)
• 1/4 cup of milk (your favorite)
• 1/2 banana
• 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional)
• 2 rounded Tbsp. of
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla extract (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender on high until well combined. Cook as any other pancake. Top with one or more of your favorites: banana, strawberries, almonds, honey, maple syrup, peanut butter or black chocolate sparks. Uhmm, delicious!
